History

Established in 1987, Dominion Gas was bought out by the management team in 2007, with funding provided by Graphite Capital and RBS. Later that year the company also acquired Global Gas Supplies (GGS) and expanded its international presence in areas such as Norway and Singapore. The Norway branch began operating in 2006.

In 2008 the firm increased its range of products and services through the acquisition of Argon Isotank and in addition, a range of senior appointments were made together with ongoing major investment into new technology, infrastructure, assets and facilities, ensuring the company would be well prepared for further growth both in the UK internationally in new areas, sectors and product/ service lines .

Dominion Gas opened a modern new gas plant in Ghana, West Africa and also Regional offices in Perth, Australia and Houston.
